In these etchings, the common cellular tower which invades our skyline and air has been transmuted. The towers are now transmuting the signal they are receiving and transmitting it as a non-verbal, etheric signal that anyone can tune in to. I envision an array of these 'tower prints' dispersed globally, relaying this concept. These original etchings are photo etched in copper. The tower image is etched in one plate that is inked and printed. The geometric patterns are deep etched on separate plates and printed second without ink, embossing the patterns in the paper. The embossing does not go behind the towers. Each tower has its own pattern.
